Mini Case Study

Based on my reading of this mini case study, this short story is about a teacher who’s named is jack is about to copy the chapter that he is so interested with but he wants to do that in an illegal way. Jack’s intention to share about the chapter to benefit others is good but he should not break the copyrights violation, therefore, he has to ask the author’s permission first. Jack asked Stephanies about the copyright of the computer software isn’t it the same with the copyrights of the book but Stephanies said no. The copycat person will never use others full name unless there is a problem. Stephanies said that is true about the computer software also protected by copyright because you can’t copy program from diskette, cd or DVD without license to do so. If there is a program that you concerned about you must have the district license for it and you might be allowed to make your copies.
